Fanxiang Sealing Strip is a brand of Foshan Fanxiang Technology Co., Ltd. Since its establishment in 2017, it has rapidly developed into a professional manufacturer of various rubber sealing strips with strong capital and superb technology. There are 160 employees, including 26 senior and middle engineers. The factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters, with a construction area of 10,000 square meters, and has 10 domestically advanced automated assembly lines.

More commonly, the strips appear in 4 to 5 locations on the door and window structure:
2. Sealing strips on the outside of the glass. It is recommended to use wire strips or soft and hard co-extruded strips, water-expandable strips.
3. Sealing strips for opening positions. It is recommended to use soft and hard co-extruded strips.
4. Diamond mesh silent strips. It is recommended to use EPDM strips.
5. Three-way sealing strips (isobaric strips). The appearance of the middle strip forms a seal by overlapping with the bulge of the insulation strip (most common, and also with aluminum). This seal divides the chamber between the frame and the sash into an airtight chamber and a watertight chamber, making the sealing structure of the doors and windows more complete and reasonable, and the sealing effect of the doors and windows is of course better. It is recommended to use soft and hard co-extruded strips.

The wire-clamping rubber strip process came into being. This product has all the characteristics of soft and hard co-extrusion, and has achieved zero shrinkage, zero leakage, and zero breakage.

The water-expandable composite strip is a new product made of EPDM strip and a unique new type of rubber. This rubber expands and deforms 2-3 times when it comes into contact with water, and fills all irregular surfaces, holes and gaps in the joints, while generating huge contact pressure to completely prevent leakage. It can also eliminate the elastic fatigue caused by excessive compression of general elastic materials, making the waterproof effect more reliable.

EPDM soft and hard co-extruded rubber strips (composite rubber strips) use conventional technology for the inner part and foaming technology for the outer part. Adding foaming agent to the material formula of conventional technology makes the inner part of the rubber strip expand to form honeycomb-shaped pores. While retaining all the characteristics of EPDM rubber strips, the presence of sponge reduces the heat conduction of air and increases water tightness, so the thermal insulation of sponge rubber strips is better than that of conventional rubber strips. The thermal conductivity coefficient of sponge EPDM rubber strips is 0.05W/mK, and its elasticity, anti-aging and other properties are also more excellent.
